Service quality management platform
To know how a telecom network behaves through the network quality point of view is often simple. However, to know and understand how the customer sees this quality and uses the services available is often impossible for many operators. Thinking on that, Valid has developed a set of applications and platform of services quality measurement (QoS). Through an application installed in the SIM Card, network quality information are sent to a central platform that register and presents the results in a simple and objective way. Signal and incoming quality information, among others, are sent from time to time, with geolocation, to the control center. With this information, the telecom network managers can arrange preventive maintenances in the network, understand problems indicated by the reports entered by customer service and feed BI tools used by marketing teams in order to provide new relevant information for decision-making processes.
