Valid interviewed 99 Brazilian clients in its Annual Satisfaction Survey Back
The Annual Satisfaction Survey was conducted in the second half of 2015. Key words such as Security, Quality, Credibility and Commitment were the highlights in clients’ perception of our brand.
With the “Client’s Voice” campaign, we invited our main clients to tell us what they thought of Valid, through a quick interview that was aimed at on aligning expectations with our actions.
Without identifying respondents’ names, thus protecting their privacy, we were able to hear from each one of them and introduce improvements into our action plans.
It makes us very happy to see that our Mission of offering customized services in the secure identification of persons, objects and transactions is noticed and cited by our clients.
